The role as Senior Marketing and Communications Manager will involve:
- Leading, inspiring and managing the marketing team
- Develop and deliver the marketing and communications strategy
- Develop an integrated multi-channel strategy
- Focus on a drive on content management and development
- Ensure everything is on-brand
- Develop an events programme
Profile
The successful Senior Marketing and Communications Manager:
- Experience successfully managing an integrated marketing and communications strategy
- Experience communicating technical and complicated information
- Not for Profit and/or healthcare sector experience
- Great influencing skills when working with internal and external stakeholders
- Inspiring and motivational leader - people management experience is essential
- Appreciation and understanding of best-practice digital communication channels
