Our clients are at the forefront of providing excellent care for older adults and disabled or ill people living in their own homes in and around Shrewsbury. They have already established a good reputation for their service in Shropshire and now want to make their service available to more people.

To do this they are looking for an excellent person to be their domiciliary care manager for the service. Providing great support and leadership for all their staff and to inspire them to provide excellent care for people who need care but want to continue living at home with their families.

In this role you will ensure that people receive a flexible and responsive home care and support service, which promotes independence and meets their needs and aspirations. Being responsible for ensuring that the service is compliant with all the essential standards of Quality /Safety and ensuring high standards of care and support at all times.

They are looking for someone with the right attitude, motivation and commitment. Ideally you will have some experience in care and be familiar with office computer systems. They are driven by quality not profit so if you believe people should receive the best care possible you will fit right in.

Due to the nature of the role a full Driving Licence and vehicle are required, as regular travel to their office and care scheme locations are required. This role will also be subject to completing an enhanced DBS check.
