Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with Goods for Good, a small charity that works to alleviate poverty and reduce waste through delivering essential goods to vulnerable communities. Over the past 5 years, Goods for Good have delivered 1,300 tonnes of high quality overstocks (with a value of over £16m) to 20 countries around the world, helping over 2 million people.

An Operations Coordinator is now required to continue the high impact work of the charity and ensure that operations run smoothly.

Please note: this role is based in North London (Zone 6).

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for a varied remit covering the following key areas: office management, logistics, project management, donor care and volunteer coordination. You will support the CEO with daily administration and deputise for her when the opportunity arises. Tasked with overseeing logistics, you will ensure that goods are sourced and delivered in a timely manner. Project management responsibilities will include coordinating community projects and events on a rolling basis. Additionally, you will be responsible for liaising with high level stakeholders from charities, local communities and corporate partners.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and a strong passion for supporting vulnerable national and international communities.A fast learner, you will be confident engaging with high level stakeholders and networking. We are seeking an individual who is good with data and ideally has previously worked with a CRM database.

This role would suit somebody who is driven and adaptable, and is looking to upskill in the charity sector.
