Parent Engagement Practitioner 
Location: Based in Blackpool 
Salary: starting from £21,073 pa

The post-holder will be based in Blackpool, they will have access to a number of 'hot desks’ within Children's Centres, and will work in close partnership with the Family Support Workers, the Co-ordinator and various agencies to deliver a programme of interventions and other activities to promote engagement in their child's education. The post-holder will need to be persistent and tenacious and will have strong experience of working intensively to engage hard to reach parents.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's newest team in Blackpool. The successful candidate will have good experience of working effectively with social and emotional factors affecting a child’s capacity to learn, strong abilities in engaging challenging children and their families, and a confident ability to form professional partnerships with children and their families.
