Above & Beyond, the official charity partner for the Bristol city centre hospitals, is entering a new and exciting phase of its development. Our ambitions are bigger than ever and we need incredible people to help to achieve these ambitions.

The new role of Head of Brand & Marketing will play an integral part of unlocking opportunities in the hospitals and the community that we exist to serve, holding accountability for our brand, supporter engagement and integrated campaign activity. Working across all elements of the fundraising portfolio and sitting as part of the Fundraising & Marketing Management Team you will have a key role to play in defining the future direction of the fundraising & marketing programme at this exciting and formative stage

A successful marketing professional, you will understand how to apply brand and marketing principles to drive income. You will have experience in using audience insight to influence your work, including ensuring a powerful and effective organisational brand. An engaging storyteller you will equally have proven your ability to develop on and off line channels, ultimately to build audience communities that take action. Above all, you will bring energy to this incredibly special role, have the ability to build strong connections and have a passion for your work and making a difference.
