Salary: £23,000 per annum
Hours: 28 hours per week (4 Days)
Position Type: Permanent

The role
This is a new role, where you will work as part of the learning and development team to support our client's staff in the Malverns, Bedfordshire and Essex, by providing high quality, engaging and effective training to enable people to do their jobs in line with CQC and other regulatory frameworks, as well as having an important role to play as part of the dementia education programme. Your training will help to ensure that their staff have the knowledge and skills to deliver outstanding care to all our service users.

You will support the Learning and Development Manager to deliver the appropriate compliance and behavioural training across multiple locations mostly focusing on the Malverns, Essex and Bedfordshire though there will be occasions when you are required to deliver training to their staff based in all of their other services. You will work very closely with the charity's current Learning and Development trainer to ensure consistent content and messages through your training, and to design and deliver new content both face to face and online.

About you
The ideal candidate will have had experience of designing and delivering training to groups, and experience of the health and social care context. You’ll need excellent communication skills, and be able to plan and manage a busy workload. You’ll enjoy being part of a team, but equally able to take the initiative and work alone. You’ll know how to create an inclusive and welcoming learning environment, have good attention to detail and be committed to their values and vision. And you’ll need a full clean driving license.

If this sounds like you, they would love to hear from you!
