This well respected membership organisation are looking for a press/PR professional to come and join their team. Within this role you can look forward to working closely with the PR Manager to maximise the media coverage and key message delivery for the organisation for their core activities and to support the organisations strategic priorities and their research and policy agenda. You will play a key role in the development of relationship with key sector Media contacts and help to create and deliver integrated comms campaigns. You ill be working within the press office, ensure all incoming media enquires are responded to quickly and ensure that their online function is an up to date resource for media, their members and other visitors to the website.

The ideal candidate will:

Be an experienced PR/Press professional
Have strong experience working with the national media, both proactive and reactive
Have experience in briefing senior colleagues
Knowledge of social media is desirable
