Prospectus is working with a really exciting environmental charity to recruit for a Philanthropy Manager who will join a welcoming and high performing team in an organisation that is geared towards fundraising from major donors. The role is offered on a full time permanent basis paying £40,000 to £44,000 per annum, to be based in Hackney with great opportunities for growth.

You will report into the new Head of Philanthropy, and have regular interactions with the Chief Executive and Trustees who are really helpful in the stewardship process. They are looking for someone to develop their single giving circle into three tiers and, as part of the team, develop the donor pathways through the organisation.

They are looking for a proven major donor fundraiser with a demonstrable track record of success with five and six figure asks. This position will also require some line management experience of a small team.
