Are you an experienced fundraiser with excellent leadership skills? Prospectus is working alongside a well-known London based homelessness organisation, whose services offer those in need an inclusive community and on-going support. We are looking to recruit for the new position of Director of Fundraising to lead the team of fundraising managers and implement their new five year strategy.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Fundraising will work alongside the senior leadership team and take responsibility for the overall fundraising activities, and ensure the fundraising delivery supports the implementation of the strategic framework. The successful candidate will promote collaborative working to increase fundraising opportunities and ensure all related activity is compliant.

The ideal candidate will have experience across a range of revenue streams, as well as prior experience in a senior fundraising role, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders both internal and external. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional fundraiser driven by supporting those less fortunate to make a real impact.
