With ambition to deliver real impact, and with significant resources, this is an opportunity to generate change for the most underserved young people. Our Chief Executive will shape and deliver the Foundation’s strategy, identify and champion “what works” and create innovative partnerships with the business sector.

We are looking for an effective and capable leader who can combine excellent strategic and operational delivery with a commitment to creating an organisation that aims to make a real change in the lives of young people.  With a compelling track record of achievement, you have the experience and personal credibility to develop and maintain relationships across a complex and diverse range of clients, stakeholders and partners including other charities and NGOs, government, businesses and funders.
