Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established International Development Charity as a Major Donor Officer paying £34,948. The role is full time and on a fixed term contract till July 2020. The charity focuses on improving the lives of children across the developing world within a range of sectors including health, education, child protection to disaster relief.
Job Purpose
- Working to a six figure income target, contribute to sustaining and increasing income from individuals.
- Managing a portfolio of existing donors delivering excellent account management
- Identify , research and engage new prospects
- Deliver cultivation and stewardships events
Person Specification
To be successful in this role you will have major donor fundraising experience which includes managing a portfolio of major donors. From this you will have a proven financial track record in making financial asks. You will have a passion in improving the lives of children in the third world.
