To ensure that BSWA as a leading Violence against Women and Children’s organisation, rooted in feminist principles, diversifies its income base through strong income generation, and by sustaining and expanding the organisations support base. The post holder will build upon good relationships that already exist, broker new positive, sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships, with potential supporters, ideally with corporates. Due to the reputation of the organisation, and an upcoming milestone anniversary, 2020 will have an external facing campaign of celebration in our 40^th year in which the post holder will be centrally involved. The post requires the ability to take initiative, a track record of positive relationship management and who can champion the organisations’ work, activities and values.
