Full time hours are 37.5 hours per week, 5 days in 7, including weekends and bank holidays

For the fixed term positions a variety of hours are available ranging from 15 to 37.5 per week.

With a current visitor number of approximately 1.2 million visitors a year, RHS Garden Wisley provides an unforgettable experience for a day out. To help our planned growth in visitor numbers we are looking to recruit enthusiastic, welcoming Visitor Services Assistants to join our dedicated Front of House team.

This is a varied role where you will be greeting visitors into the garden, and actively selling entrance tickets, membership, and other RHS offers. Providing an efficient, high quality service. You will be the first point of contact to respond to information requests and visitor complaints.

You will be joining a hard working team within a visitor attraction that rarely stands still for long. Our last three years have been some of busiest ever in terms of visitor numbers and with our Key Investment Projects well underway there is every chance that this year will be another record breaker. Enthusiasm and a flexible approach to work are essential, as well as the ability to work well in noisy, high pressured, crowded areas for extended periods. 

You will have experience in a customer facing environment with a basic understanding of Health & Safety.
