The key responsibilities for the EMEA Marketing Executive are:

  • Take responsibility for, and look to improve upon, the way the Companies brand and our products are represented across third-party digital platforms, focusing on an agreed list of strategic priorities

  • Provide support to the regional marketing team for outbound marketing campaigns, using a number of platforms such as Pardot and social media channels

  • Support the continued development of a centralised marketing database, held in Pardot and connected to Salesforce

  • Assist with the process of managing leads that come in through our website, maintaining the regional qualification and routing process, whilst managing a third-party agency

  • Maintain the relevant elements of the marketing calendar and budget, ensuring that it is understood, adhered to, and delivered accordingly

  • Oversee the development of briefs and allocation of tasks and responsibilities across relevant marketing campaigns and activities, so that our marketing and design resources are used efficiently and effectively

  • Collate metrics and other ways of tracking the overall effectiveness of relevant marketing activity, with a particular focus on commercial impact, and analyse and report on the overall effectiveness

  • Write reports and advise Senior Management and Directors as required


The successful EMEA Marketing Executive will have:


  • Experience as a marketing executive within a global organisation

  • Commercial experience

  • CIM qualification

  • Ability to speak additional European languages



  • Strong project management skills

  • Process oriented and driven

  • Excellent and rigorous planner

  • Highly organised

  • Strong communicator - Written/Verbal

  • Understanding of full marketing mix, with proven practical experience

  • Attentive to details, as well as the bigger picture

  • Commercial acumen, understanding of sales environment, processes and channels

  • Can prepare written information in a manner appropriate to purpose, situation and audience

  • Can use Microsoft Office suite of tools

  • Can organise own time and work activities


  • Presentations to small or large groups, internal / external (incl. clients)
  • Experience of B2B marketing and ideally channel marketing
  • Has an understanding of Companies marketplace and customer base

Job Offer

The successful EMEA Marketing Executive based in Wiltshire will receive:

£30,000 - £35,000

12 Month FTC - Possibility to be kept on highly likely
