Supporter Giving and Engagement Officer (Digital)
Prospectus is excited to be partnering with the UK's leading national Children's charity in their search for a new Supporter Giving and Engagement Officer (Digital) to contribute to the delivery of multi-channel campaigns that are highly personalised, and engage supporters in a wide range of activities including fundraising, volunteering, campaigning and spiritual engagement, with a key focus on digital activity.
Reporting to the Supporter Giving and Engagement Manager, the Supporter Giving and Engagement Officer will focus on digital activity with the organisation's wide and varied supporter base. The role will involve analysing and manipulating data to find actionable insights and end-to-end delivery of digital marketing campaigns. The Supporter Giving and Engagement Officer will need to pay excellent attention to detail and will be constantly considering the bigger picture and wider team and organisation strategy.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working with data and will have a strong understanding of different digital channels, as well as a basic understanding of google analytics (with training available in the role). The organisation is looking for someone who has exposure to managing projects, including briefing, creating schedules and working to deadlines, evaluating and results of campaigns to recommend future activity.
