Fundraising Events & Engagement Executive 

Today, 12 children and young people in the UK hear the shocking news they have cancer. Our client is the UK’s leading cancer charity for children and young people, and their families, and provides them with clinical, practical, emotional and financial support. You can be a part of helping them cope with cancer and get the most out of life. 

Position: Fundraising Events & Engagement Executive 
Location: Bristol (commutable from Newport, Bath, Chippenham and surrounding areas) 
Job type: Full Time, Fixed Term Contract (May-October) 6 Months 
Hours: 35 hours per week 
Salary: £23,180 per annum pro rata

You will be part of the Fundraising Events & Engagement team (as part of the Central Supporter Engagement function) working across fundraising to engage and steward fundraising supporters in order to maximise value, retention and engagement with them. 

About you: 

Your role will be to maximise fundraising income and supporter engagement for them by providing excellent stewardship and fundraising support, account management and relationship building function via outbound and some inbound calling for a range of supporters that are fundraising for us including via events, and for their volunteers. 

You will contribute to helping teams across the Income and Engagement Directorate to maximise fundraising efforts and meet ambitious growth targets in fundraising income.
