PA to CEO
Do you have significant experience of working as a PA to Senior Executive level?
Are you passionate about working for a health focused charity?
Our client advocates, supports and funds medical research to ensure people with a health condition have access to premium healthcare.
The post holder must be able to provide high level support to the CEO, including producing briefing papers and reports, managing the inbox, resolving issues, diary management, correspondence, travel bookings, and budget expenses.
The successful candidate must have experience of taking minutes, whilst maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced environment with the ability to efficiently meet deadlines and prioritise workloads, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, while having tact and diplomacy.
Additional desirable requirements includes experience of working with stakeholders, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and competent numeracy skills.
