Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
Based in Andover, Hampshire (with some opportunities for home working)

Are you an experienced Individual Giving fundraiser who would love to use your skills to help our client Beat Macular Disease?

Every day, around 300 people are diagnosed with macular disease.  It’s the biggest cause of sight loss in the UK. Macular disease is cruel and isolating.  It steals your sight, your independence, and your ability to do the things you love. There is only one way to Beat Macular Disease for good.  Our client must fund more research now, until they find a cure, or find treatments that stop it in its tracks.

They are working to deliver their ultimate ambition – to Beat Macular Disease for the next generation.  They are determined to end the fear and isolation of macular disease with world-class research and the best advice and support.

They are undergoing significant changes, with a transformational new strategy to multiply our income in order to fund research that will find a cure.

The Individual Giving Manager is part of a team that manages cash appeals, raffle, lottery and membership. They are looking for someone with experience in at least some of these areas of fundraising across a variety of channels. You should be comfortable with all aspects of campaign and product management – including creative briefing, planning, implementation, data, budgeting, analysis and financial reporting. This is a small team, so the successful candidate will have a ‘can-do’ attitude and will be able understand the needs of their donors, their beneficiaries and those of their organisation.
