Senior Community Fundraising Marketing Officer

A very influential Cancer charity are looking for a Senior Community Fundraising Marketing Officer to joint heir team and work on a summer campaign. This is a 12-month maternity cover role looking at the marketing, supporter care plans and materials needed for this product. A community, events or marketing background would be ideal!
Duties and responsibilities:

To design and oversee a high standard supporter care plan to engage with supporters and participants
To analyse data; reporting, evaluating and reviewing the findings to improve and maximise the campaign
To develop a marketing strategy, with the Senior Community Fundraising Marketing Manager
To manage the successful delivery of these project and marketing plans, including content for the website, social media and offline marketing too.
To recruit and manage two Supporter Fundraising Assistants for three months later on
Skills and experience needed:
Excellent project management skills (whether community, events or bespoke) with an understanding of fundraising
Experience planning or managing supporter stewardship journeys
Some knowledge of digital marketing
Experience dealing with budgets, data analysis and evaluation
A self-starter with outstanding interpersonal skills
