Position: HR Management Information Analyst
Location: Leicester
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £27,905 to £37,849 depending on experience
Closing date: 1st May 2019
Test and Interview date: 7th May 2019
About the role:
They are looking for two HR MI Analysts to articulate the story that their people data is telling them.
Working within a passionate and driven results orientated team, your work will shape their People Strategy, evaluate the success of their people interventions and will have real impact.
As a result, you will be working on a number of wide-ranging projects across HR with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation. Your workload will be incredibly diverse – no two days will be the same.
About you:
Your ability to collate, analyse and articulate data in a meaningful and timely way will enable the organisation to make crucial corporate decisions and their people managers to make informed, data led decisions.
Your previous experience of analysing data across a HR function will be of huge benefit as will your advanced Excel skills and attention to detail. More important though is your ability to analyse data, ask the right questions and present data in a way so your stakeholders understand what the data is telling them. Your strong written and verbal communication will be key to this.
