Description
- Help generate coverage in national and international media through placing of stories, distribution of press releases, arranging interviews and drafting of features with journalists
- Serving as a point of contact for all media enquiries and ensuring a prompt and effective media relations response to relevant news
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key journalists to facilitate strong coverage
- Copywriting for a variety of documents including briefing documents, press releases and reports
- Contribute to creative brainstorms and the development of media tactics to support the organisation's strategy as required
- Working alongside and providing media advice/support to all departments in line with the overall strategy and priorities of the organisation
