Care & Learning Support Assistant (Adults / Children) 

Our client is situated in 68 acres of beautiful Hertfordshire parkland between Harlow and Bishop’s Stortford. They support people with Epilepsy and other complex needs of all ages in their Childrens Home, School, College, and Residential Home with nursing and Day Centre. Over 150 adults and children call it their home, making it an inspirational place to do great work. 

Position: Care & Learning Support Assistant (Adults / Children) 
Location: Much Hadham, Hertfordshire 
Job type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: Various - Full time, part time, casual and weekend positions available 
Salary: £16,466 to £20,643 p.a. (£8.44 to £10.59 per hour) plus weekend and overtime opportunities available at an enhanced rate

Our clients on-site training team will support you to achieve recognised qualifications in Care or teaching support (STLiS). If you’re an excellent communicator with the desire, resilience, patience and motivation to support others they can offer you an incredibly rewarding role. 

They have a range of roles available in their Children’s Home, School, College and Adult Home, all of which support people to live their lives as independently as possible in their well-equipped on site bungalows. Our clients teams also assist with leisure activities such as horse-riding and swimming alongside general domestic duties and personal care. They offer roles that support children and adults to set objectives, record progress and celebrate milestones both in their College and School. 

Offers are subject to pre-employment checks including an enhanced DBS check paid for by the centre. Please note they are not on a public transport route. Salary is dependent on the role, qualifications and experience.
