HR Generalist - Learning and Development
I am working with an International Non-Governmental Organisaiton (INGO), based just 15 minutes from Bank Station, who are looking for a HR Generalist - Learning and Development Specialist to join the team permanently.
In this role you will work closely with two Global HR Advisors and work in a generalist L&D capacity supporting the companies training strategy while having the ability to support the organisation in a Generalist HR setting.
International experience is ideal, this can be from personal travel or working within an international organisaiton. This INGO operates in 11 countries and deals with over 30 different nationalities, so it is key to understand multi-culturalism.
For you to excel as a HR Generalist - Learning and Development, you must have experience in a similar HR role working for an international non-profit, with aspects of Learning and Development within your role. Over the course of this year the core criteria you will be measured against are:
1) The implementation of the new e-learning system that is going live in a few months.
2) Stakeholder management, as you will be liaising with country heads to align them with the new learning plan. Please note, they are currently doing all the company appraisals so you will have all the information needed to influence the managers to adopting the new strategy.
3) Developing the management training programmes as now, it isn't completed. So, you will need to grow this further and assure company is in alignment.
This is a permanent opportunity paying c£41,000.
