Job Title: Treasury Business Partner

Location: Haywards Heath (UK)

Salary: £40,000

Contract: Permanent

The Treasury Business Partner is a vital role for Sightsavers as the organisation is experiencing rapid growth with new grants and contracts. You will work directly with the Treasury Finance Manager, creating and managing a full cash flow, liquidity and working capital financing model for Sightsavers, taking full account of the requirements and characteristics of our large “restricted” grants and contracts. This role will also deputise for the Group Treasury Manager when required, in supervision of the Treasury Operations Team with a clear path for progression opportunity.

As the Treasury Business Partner you will assist with liquidity management initiatives and objectives, optimise cash management practices, and implement and manage FX operations measures. You will ensure engagement throughout the organisation for Treasury related financing and liquidity requirements, provide a relationship with PPR and Treasury to ensure details and analysis and to avoid duplication on single silos of information. With use of existing systems capabilities, or with a new system capability, you will work to create a Treasury Management System for the Sightsavers with the Treasury Manager.

To be successful in your application you will be a part qualified accountant or have equivalent experience, have a background with Cash and Treasury (preferably with a Charity) and in an organisational financial and banking environment.

If you have a high level of IT skills in accounting and advanced Excel, are well organised, able to meet tight deadlines and are keen to develop in depth finance systems, skills and knowledge, we are eager to receive your application.
