Position: Salesforce Database Manager 
Location: Central London, WC1N 
Job type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 37.5 hours per week 
Salary: £Competitive

About the role: 

Do you want to deliver exceptional service utilising your Salesforce or system integration skills? Would you like to enhance data reporting across the Charity whilst working with an energised, passionate team? Then this is the role for you! 

Salesforce is used across the charity and they are looking for an experienced database team manager. The ideal candidate will have the ability to actively ensure data is imported into Salesforce via ETLs using Talend. They want someone who is a great people leader and can develop the team to be the best that they can be. They need someone who can consider impacts of their work across the organisation and work with multiple teams to address cases and projects. This is an exciting role which has the potential to really make a difference to the Charity. 

About the Team: 

The Database team is made up of 5 people and sits within the overall Finance function. This role is a collaborative one, working closely with people across the organisation, from Finance colleagues through to Fundraising teams and Salesforce analysts / developers. 

About you: 

You will be an energised and enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys managing a team and supporting their development. You will also be a really effective communicator who can convey messages simply and effectively at all levels. 

Specifically, you will have: 

- Proven experience of managing multiple systems and interfaces, particularly ETLs. 
- A strong track record in people management. 
- Previous successes in optimising data import processes. 

The ideal candidate will also have: 

- Experience of using Salesforce. 
- Knowledge and / or experience of using Talend.
