Job type: Full Time, 12 months Temporary Contract
Hours: 17.5 hours per week

About the role:
With the increase in the duties and responsibility of their Service Manager for London and the South East, they are seeking a part-time Social Work Team Leader, initially for 12 months, to directly manage four Senior Practitioners in London and assist the Service Manager across the whole region.
The Senior Practitioners have a split workload managing social care staff for 50% of their time and practicing for the rest of their time.
Therefore, you will be managing the direct support to staff as well as their social work practice.
The teams are busy in London supporting around 500 new referrals each year of children and young people diagnosed with cancer, their parents and wider family members.
About you:
They are looking for an experienced Manager, who is confident in working in a hospital setting and supporting staff with complex caseloads.
You may have experience of the following: Social Work Team Leader, Social Worker, Qualified Social Worker, Social Care, Case Manager, Case Worker, Key Worker, Team Leader, Young People, Charity, Charities, NFP, Third Sector, etc.
