Our client, a vibrant educational charity providing award winning residential accommodation for postgraduate students, is currently seeking a Senior Marketing and Communications Manager to support the development and implementation of the organisation's Marketing and Communications Strategy.

As the organisation's Senior Marketing and Communications Manager, you will contribute heavily to their first marketing, communications and external relations strategy. You will help to broaden the awareness, reputation and visibility of the organisation's work, as well as increase admissions and overall engagement. Promoting a sense of community, you will manage and enhance the College's brand reputation along with developing content strategies and plans for the organisation, including the website and social media channels. Working closely with the Director of Development and External Relations, you will monitor and evaluate marketing and communications activity for dissemination, refinement and improvement.

To be considered for this post, you will be a proven professional with previous marketing and communications experience in a similar post. You will also have a thorough understanding of communications within a digital space including online and social media coupled with familiarity developing marketing and communications strategies. With strong strategic and analytical skills, you will possess exceptional communication and organisational skills together with the ability to work proactively. Finally, you will be educated to degree level or equivalent and possess exceptional communications and stakeholder management skills.Â
