LinkAble is a small charity providing a wide range of social and recreational activities for children and adults with a broad range of learning disabilities. Based in a purpose built building near Woking town centre, the charity has been established for more than 25 years and works with over 300 service users, encouraging them to achieve their maximum potential and to become part of their community.
We are now seeking a dynamic and motivated Service Manager to lead their team to deliver high quality recreational activities for Under 18s. You will be responsible for ensuring our services for under 18s are appropriately resourced, supported and delivered in line with the requirements of our contract with the local authority. You will be the first point of contact for families seeking to access our services, promoting services to those who may wish to access them. You will coach and develop staff delivering front line services. This is a fantastic role for anyone with experience of managing services who is looking to make a huge difference to the lives of under 18s with learning disabilities and their families.
