Digital Manager - Marketing

A fantastic elderly care charity based in Derby are looking for Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. The key purpose of this role is to develop, lead and deliver the charities' digital approach and plan across all digital platforms and channels including website, social media channels and e-communications.

You will work to increase the reach and impact of the charities digital profile through the development, delivery and evaluation of a highly effective digital road-map, establishing a digital first approach and delivering an exceptional digital customer experience across all digital touch-points.

You must have experience of developing and delivering effective digital and social media strategies and using analytical tools to monitor and refine plans to improve online usage and behaviour. With fantastic communication and negotiation skills you will be the lead on the management of external digital and creative agencies and will work closely with stakeholder and senior managers. They're looking for an inspiring leader as you'll be line-managing the Digital Specialist.
