A homelessness charity based in London are currently looking for a Director of Development to contribute to the implementation of their 5-year strategic framework, holding lead responsibility for the further development and delivery of an integrated fundraising and development strategy (encompassing all income streams).

You will oversee the operational delivery of the fundraising development programme, introducing new initiatives, developing and maintaining constructive relationships with key donors and supporters, with responsibility for the day-to-day management, leadership and motivation of the fundraising team, and ensuring strong collaboration with other teams and internal departments.

With substantial experience of senior level fundraising/development leadership, you should ideally be able to exhibit previous responsibility for the management of a mix of income streams, e.g. corporate partnerships, trusts/foundations/statutory sources, individual giving, and legacy. Alternatively, a strong grounding in heading up a successful Trusts fundraising team would be of interest to the charity also.
