Our client is one of the largest and longest-established charities supporting people with learning disabilities. They are recruiting a further 2 Field Support Analysts, one to be based in the North and one in the South. Although you will be based in the geographical location you will be part of the central IT team, therefore occasional travel to Bristol will be required.

Position: IT Field Support Analyst
Location: Home based in the North (Leeds, Bradford, Cheshire, Newcastle)
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £26,611 pa plus car/car allowance

About the role:
Our client is looking for a Field Support Analyst to expand their support capabilities in the North of the UK. You will provide a mixture of remote support and on-site support depending on their customer’s needs. You will be experienced in providing hardware and software desktop support and will provide network and VPN support to small remote sites.
You will work closely with the central office and provide excellent face-to-face customer service to their users. You’ll also help with projects, conduct new site setup consultations, meet with key stakeholders, and ensure that incidents are managed within our SLAs.
You will have excellent communication skills, and be a person that encourages positive working relationships. You will be required to travel around the UK frequently, and will be issued with the tools and support required to succeed at the role, including on-line IT training, laptop, smartphone, and a car.
A full clean UK / EU driving licence is essential.
