Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager,

You will be responsible for managing and optimising our services and sites, working through the data to make sure they are performing as well as they can when it comes to search engine rankings as well as developing, testing, setting up and executing all digital acquisition activity across Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, Affiliates and Display.

  • You will shape and lead digital marketing strategy to help team deliver on annual and quarterly revenue targets.
  • You will work with the Partnerships Team to optimise all relevant sites and make sure they are performing as well as they can and the customer journey is optimised.
  • You will work with the Interactive Team to understand SMS Competition and the CRM database behaviour and what makes it 'tick'.
  • You will work with the Partnerships Team to ensure landing pages are optimised for PPC campaigns to ensure maximum conversion.
  • You will Drive PPC and paid social campaigns including planning, set-up, analysis and reporting helping the team realise the full potential of digital media marketing.
  • Keyword research, test ad-copy, bid management and competitor analysis
  • You will deliver customer insights which will drive critical business decisions
  • You will test different strategies to optimise our CRM activities and deliver the best possible ROI for the business.
  • You will be the go-to person for digital marketing, working with the team to agree budgets, set goals and increase engagement and conversions and continuous improvement in efficiency's of paid marketing spend.
  • You will fully engage in the data, know and understand what is going on, and feed this back to the team to impact decisions for growth.
  • You will Discover, test and optimise new digital marketing channels and seek those which offer the best ROI.
  • You will create integrated marketing dashboards and report on the site analytics and KPI's to monitor activity and provide learnings and recommendations.
  • You will Liaise with partners and suppliers such as Google and Sprout to build to enable Search best practice and excellence.and optimises our digital accounts.
  • You will be responsible for Forecasting and budgeting and presentation to senior stakeholders across the business to have immediate impact on business decisions.
  • You will create relevant content where necessary to expand sites and drive SEO.
  • You will work with the Partnerships Team to assist in their marketing campaigns and ensure digital is an integrated part of these.
  • You will be a fountain of digital marketing knowledge for other departments across the business and assist where necessary
  • Profile

    The successful candidate will have some of the following attributes:

  • A fierce passion for digital marketing, alongside a natural and insatiable desire to work through the numbers to then inspire business strategy.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google suite (Adwords, Analytics), how to create, monitor and measure campaigns.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills (Microsoft Excel), plus the ability to manipulate data, measure performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Passionate about improving efficiency's of paid marketing spend and seeing your recommendations actively affecting business growth.
  • Solid experience of paid search and social marketing and a track record of driving ROI
  • Strong knowledge of website optimisation and how to boost sites within this environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of key social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), how to create, monitor and measure campaigns/social listening.
  • Strong knowledge of working with CRM databases and how to maxmise engagement.
  • You're a quick learner who can think on their feet and has a great eye for detail in all that they do.
