This is an exciting opportunity for a senior corporate or major donor fund raiser with a track record looking for a step up, or a fund raising consultant looking at a longer term commitment. We are looking for a focussed targets driven fund raiser to drive significant income generation as we enter a new fund raising strategy looking to diversify our sources of income. You will work hand in hand with the CEO and fund raising team, with the primary focus initially being on generating significant income in the corporate and major donor field, building on our existing pipeline and strong network of relationships. As a Director you will be part of the overall leadership of the charity.
TwentyTwenty is a charity dedicated to helping young people who are furthest from the work place secure bright futures. We break cycles of hopelessness, unemployment and dependency in the most deprived areas of the Midlands. Our aim is to help young people see beyond their disadvantage and disengagement, recognise their worth and potential, focus on building the skills and plans for success, and develop a clear vision to achieve a bright future.
We offer this help through a range of effective integrated projects in our award winning Life skills centres based in Derby and Leicester. Each centre is a true learning community and a supportive ‘can do’ environment where students come together with teachers, counsellors, mentors and local business volunteers, all positively committed to their progress.
