Job Title: Travel Coordinator
Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex, UK
Salary: £25,832 per annum
Sightsavers has an exciting opportunity for a Travel Coordinator to join the Corporate Services team and have responsibility for the day-to-day arrangements of international travel. Working closely with one other Coordinator, they will provide a comprehensive service to the CEO, Directors, Trustees and all other Sightsavers employees and external partners.
The post holder will ensure that employees are educated on travel policies, that compliance is met, and where required, play a part in policy changes. They will also ensure that excellent working relationships are maintained with suppliers and the best value for money is obtained.
The successful candidate will be qualified to A level (or equivalent) and will have substantial knowledge of the travel / airline sector, a working understanding of negotiating with suppliers and using travel procurement services. A significant understanding of booking and co-ordinating travel arrangements is essential, and strong customer care ethic, along with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are also desired.
Interviews are expected to take place on the 15th-17th May.
