A forward-thinking health charity who fund ground-breaking research and strive to ensure people are offered the best support and care for their condition are looking for a bright Supporter Care Officer to join their dedicated team on a fixed term contract basis for 6 months.

As Supporter Care Officer, you will be responsible for carrying out database and supporter related activities including adding donations to supporter records, sending thank you letters and offering an exceptional supporter journey from start to finish. They are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running and so you will have some experience within the charity sector in a similar role with the ability to navigate a fundraising database confidently.

With excellent communication skills, you will communicate with supporters on a daily basis, resolving their queries in a professional and sympathetic manner, sending approved thank you letters within agreed timeframes, process donations onto the database, set up direct debits and processing gift aid declarations onto the system.
