Senior Internal Communications Officer
This well respected medical membership organisation are looking for a communications professional to come and join their team. Within this role you can look forward to leading on the employee engagement across the organisation and assisting the Chief Exec to develop and implement an effective internal communications strategy. You will be leading on the organisations drive to ensure that it fully engages with its staff and oversee the delivery of effective all-staff briefings, held on a bi-monthly basis. You will be assessing the effectiveness of their internal communications strategy, and suggest changes to secure a more effective outcome. Further to this you be leading on the ongoing development of the staff intranet, and will play the lead role in the writing, commissioning and editing of content for the intranet to ensure that it is engaging and informative.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an experienced external/internal communications professional
- Have strong experience in targeting key messaging to a variety of audiences
- Have a strong stakeholder engagement and management ability
- Have a strong writing ability
