Are you looking for a new role as a Membership Services Officer? Our Client, a Membership Body are actively recruiting for a Membership Services Officer on a fixed term contract. The main purpose of the role is to support the delivery of member services by maintaining the correct data, processing member applications and dealing with membership enquiries on a day to day basis

Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Membership Services Officer;

  • You will act as the first point of contact to answer and action current and new member enquiries.
  • Process new member applications and support in processing Fellowship applications
  • Manage corporate membership renewals, including call reports
  • Contact the Charities members to highlight benefits and services
  • To ask for feedback on their member experience and feedback findings
  • To lead on activities to deliver a successful branch network
  • Liaise with the membership & branches committee to feed into projects, initiatives and member activities
  • Support and work with the marketing team
  • Adhere to GDPR


  • You must be a good communicator

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Must be good at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, in particular volunteers
  • Experience of working in a small and busy team or organisation
  • Good working knowledge of using CRM databases
  • Flexible and a team-player
  • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
