Training Course Coordinator
Are you experienced administrator? Do you have excellent customer service skills?
We are looking for a Training Course Coordinator to join our client, a professional membership body for the energy sector.
Reporting to the Head of Events & Training, you will be responsible for the administration for a variety of training services. Core duties will include processing all training bookings and payments, preparing course materials, arranging venue logistics and acting as the first point of contact for all training enquiries. You will be expected to contribute to the training team's marketing strategy, alongside supporting delegates as they progress through their training.
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have excellent customer service skills. A strong communicator, you will have demonstrable admin experience and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a well organised, efficient worker, with an interest in organising events.
