Senior Product Manager 

It is an exciting time for our client as they embark on a major transformation programme. Our client's ambition is to become the world’s leading land registry for speed, simplicity and an open approach to data. They are now looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join their Digital, Data and Technology team to help them to achieve this.

Salary: £52,146 (£56,133 Croydon) - £58,888 (£62,855 Croydon)

About the role: 
As Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for the ongoing success and continuous improvement of one or more strategically important digital products and platforms. You will be directly accountable to the Digital Service Manager for ensuring that business needs are considered and met and agreed targets are achieved. You will ensure both strategies and visions are both bold and ambitious, whilst aligning the roadmaps across your own products, other products and to HM Land Registry plans. 

About you: 
They are looking for effective, self-motivated individuals with proven expert level of using Agile and Lean practices. To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable knowledge and experience of taking a user centred approach to develop a product or service, using innovation to challenge the as-is and solve problems to enable delivery. In addition, you will have experience of writing business cases and knowledge of the approvals process. The ability to create and nurture good working relationships and to coach and develop others is essential, 

Regular travel and overnight stays are a feature of this role and should be taken into consideration when applying. 

The Digital, Data and Technology Directorate is the in-house IT division for our client. They are currently recruiting several roles to ensure the directorate’s teams contain the right blend of skills, experience and knowledge to take their major transformation programme forward. These teams are at the heart of the move to a digital, data-driven organisation with the ambition to provide their customers with cutting-edge digital services.
