Property Advisor (Asset Management / Public Sector)

Position: Property Advisor
Location: Home Based
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 36 hour working week (normally between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm)
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum
Benefits: 25 days annual leave, up to 10% employer's pension contribution, car allowance
About the role:
We are looking for an individual to join our Property team on a full time permanent basis with the opportunity to work from home.
The Property Advisor will work within Property Advisory Services to support delivery of products and services across the Training & Standards, Networks & Conferences and the Consultancy pillars. Working with colleagues across the group to provide advice and help develop new business streams relating to property and other linked topics.
Responsibilities:
- To identify and liaise with national agencies, professional bodies and other organisations with an interest in the development of the service.
- To liaise with partner bodies or associates to the service to ensure their involvement with and ownership of the service and its delivery.
- To maximise the take-up of membership and income.
- To assist the Pillar Manager in the development and delivery of workshops, network events, seminars.
About you:
You will be a self-motivated individual with substantial experience as advisor, consultant or manager in asset management / property related services.
You will need awareness and knowledge of the public sector and the key challenges in relation to asset management and property. A public sector background with experience handling / advising on property would be a distinct advantage.
You may have experience of the following: Property Advisor, Asset Management, Property Consultancy, Local Authority, Local Government, Chartered Surveyor, General Practice Surveyor, Property Client Advisor, Assets Advisor, etc.
