Our Business Development Manager will be integral to the growth and future direction of Fair Train, the UK's expert in quality assurance in all forms of work-based learning. This client-facing, multi-faceted role will draw on a wide range of skills and experience and, alongside the core priority of business development, the person who undertakes it will play a key part in our strategic planning and operations. The job offers variety and, where appropriate, professional development in a number of directions, as well as the opportunity to be part of a highly professional, focused and friendly team.

Now established for 10 years, Fair Train is both an accrediting organisation and one which supports and guides organisations of all sizes and types, in all sectors, in the delivery of high-quality work-based learning of all forms, ranging from school work-experience to T-Level industry placements and apprenticeships. At the core of all its operations is the Work Experience Quality Standard, which Fair Train created and awards.
