Regional HR Business Partner
The head office is situated in South East London where you'll also be working. The office is modern and you'll be part of a large HR team of 20 people. There are a number of other regional HRBP's who cover other areas of the UK who'll you'll be working with.
The main purpose of the role is to work with line managers in regards to implementing best HR practices across the different locations. This will include providing guidance on sensitive cases and HR policies. You'll be coaching line managers and supporting them on restructures, TUPE, L&D and HR projects.
This role does require travel to a number of different locations on a regular basis but you will have the option to work from home once a week. The role will suit a generalist HR candidate who's very strong in employee relations, HR systems, change management and TUPE.
