Position: Resourcing Coordinators
Location: Oxfordshire or Leeds
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £25,497 per annum plus benefits

Closing date: Friday 3 May 2019

About the role:

They are recruiting 2 Resourcing Coordinators, one to be based in Oxfordshire and one in the Leeds area. Although you will be based in either geographical location you will be part of the HR team, therefore occasional travel to Bristol will be required.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation that welcomes creative ideas based on sound judgement and experience and allows for growth and efficiency. You will be part of a team that supports operational colleagues and hiring managers in creating an excellent candidate to employee journey.

As a Resourcing Coordinator you will be field based, leading and managing recruitment and selection, ensuring consistency in processes to reflect best practice and their values. You will be working to KPI’s and will provide support and advice to recruiting managers, often in “hard to hire” environments, increasing opportunities for direct sourcing.

About you:

To be successful you will need to have significant experience within a similar capacity, including providing professional advice and support to recruiting managers. Demonstrable experience of managing and delivering recruitment and selection campaigns to a positive outcome is essential, as are excellent IT skills with experience of MS Office and the ability to gather, analyse and interpret data and draft basic reports. Up to date knowledge of relevant employment law is also required.

About us:

Like with all Social care providers, they are facing very challenging times ahead. In response to the changing landscape across the learning disability sector, they have developed their business strategy, Fusion Biz, which provides a framework detailing how they run their business support activities, processes and systems across the organisation.

You will have the opportunity to join a talented and professional HR team and be encouraged to develop this role further.
