We are working with a small yet established membership body to recruit a Membership Executive, the successful candidate will have good attention to detail couple with excellent customer service skills.
Main duties for the Membership Executive:
Act as the first point of contact for existing and new members
Managing all enquiries over the phone and on email
Managing applications and renewals in a timely manner
Working closely with the finance team, processing payments
Managing smooth membership cycle
Manage and liaise with external agencies
Essential criteria for the Membership Executive:
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of CRM systems
Good MS office skills
Basic knowledge of GDPR is desirable
