Team Administrator ( Executive Support)

We have an excellent opportunity to join our client, a membership organisation that sets the standard for practising scientists, through professional registration. The organisation works with science professional bodies representing the needs of the overall science community.
Reporting to the Registration and Licensing Manager, the overall purpose of this role is to provide administrative support, enabling the team to build the licensing and registration infrastructure. Day to day responsibilities will include executive administration support, such as diary management, arranging travel and accommodation, taking minutes at meetings and preparing reports and documents for internal and external meetings. You will act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing information to staffÂ ahead of events and external meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is accessible to stakeholders, trustees, staff and licensed bodies. You will play a key role in overseeing data and systems processes, maintaining accurate records on Salesforce, as well as regularly reviewing processes. In addition, the successful candidate will support with the license award and review scheduling in license reviews and monitoring the progress of applications.
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have previous experience of providing varied administrative support, with strong data and processes skills. It is essential to have experience of arranging meetings and booking travel and accommodation, ideally with some minute taking skills. This role is ideally suited to someone who is keen to develop their career within the charity and not-for profit sector, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The placed candidate will have exceptional verbal and written skills with excellent attention to detail. An interest in understanding and improving processes will play a key part in this role. Experience of CRM systems and databases is essential; ideally you will have some experience of using Salesforce.
