Customer Service Advisor
Our cliet is an attractive market town in north Northamptonshire, full of historical character and surrounded by beautiful countryside. It is also a borough with ambition and has been identified as a growth area by the government. Exciting plans are in place to develop the borough, with the town centre being the focus of major investment. Our client is making the town a place to be proud of.
Position: Customer Officer
Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire (Commutable from Northampton, Kettering, Rushden, Bedford & surrounding areas)
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £19,446 per annum (with the potential to earn up to £23,111)

About the role:
Do you have a flexible approach and enjoy working in a busy team?
If so, you may be interested in the exciting opportunity that has arisen in their Customer Service team.
To be successful in this role you will enjoy undertaking a variety of tasks, from dealing with benefit queries on the telephone to providing administrative support to their other teams, including Benefits, Council Tax, Business Rates and Housing.
About you:
You will be educated to QCF (NVQ) level 3 (or equivalent) in a related discipline or have relevant equivalent experience. Good customer and communication skills are essential, as are ICT skills.
You may have experience of the following: Customer Officer, Customer Service Officer, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Executive, Customer Service Representative, Customer Service, Call Centre Advisor, Call Centre, Contact Centre Advisor, Administration Assistant, Housing Benefit, Council Tax Support etc.
