We are currently recruiting for a PA to provide proactive and effective support to the Deputy Executive Director for Communications, Advocacy and Programmes (CAP).  The CAP Directorate is responsible for delivering Unicef UK’s external communications and brand, programme and advocacy objectives. The Deputy Executive Director oversees the directorate and is part of the Executive team. 

As PA, you will provide the full spectrum of administrative support to the Deputy Executive Director and you will have the opportunity to lead on a variety of projects.  This is a busy but varied and interesting PA role, including both one to one and team administration support, planning, coordinating and servicing meetings and events, financial administration and servicing meetings.

We are looking for an exceptionally organised and proactive PA. You will have experience of providing support at senior management or director level, and you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicting priorities and competing demands. The work you produce will be consistently high quality and you will have excellent attention to detail. You will excel at building professional and positive relationships, both within Unicef UK and with external contacts, and have the confidence to take decisions and deal with routine matters on behalf of the Deputy Executive Director.
