An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced communications and digital professional to join our client's high performing and influential team as a Communications and Digital Manager, playing a crucial role in helping them to make a real difference to the lives of single parents.

Role: Communications and Digital Manager

Location: Kentish Town, London

Salary: £36,750

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours

Duration: Permanent

Closing date: Monday 29th April at 10:00

Interview date: Tuesday 7th May

In this role you will be joining the team at an exciting time having recently celebrated their 100th year, a new three-year strategy and a strong fundraising focus, supported by their CEO and Board of Trustees.

As part of the Communications and Digital Manager role, you will:

 

  • Have responsibility for the ongoing development of their digital assets, especially their website
  • Support the Head of Communications, Digital and Membership to deliver their digital strategy and embed good digital practice across the organisation
  • Plan and ensure execution of communications across various channels, taking a user-centred approach
  • Manage the development and delivery of communications and marketing products and monitoring impact
  • Act as a brand champion across the organisation
  • Manage the Information Officer and Digital Content Officer to meet objectives and funder targets

 

You will have a high degree of experience when it comes to delivering impactful communications and will be able to develop effective working relationships at all levels. You will have a strong grasp of digital trends and confidence in driving high standards and continuous improvement across the team and organisation.

The Communications and Digital Manager will thrive in overseeing the delivery of their public facing communication materials, helping to increase their reach, reputation and bringing their vital work to life.

You may also have experience as Communications Manager, Digital Manager, Marketing Manager, Communications Officer, Digital Communications, Brand Development.
