They want you to help them create a culture where staff understand the root causes of the things that happen between the four walls of a home and the effect that this is having on the tenant and those living around them. They want to find candidates with a genuine passion for dealing with people and making their communities great places to live. They want you to help create an environment where their frontline teams are willing to have honest conversations that result in great customer relationships and great results.

What you will be getting involved in?
This year will be an exciting one for this role as they are embedding new contracts in their cleaning and grounds services, as well as management contracts for joint ventures and implementing a new tenancy strategy.

They want you if you:

  • Have experience of working across Housing Management, including: estates and environment management, housing law, lettings and allocations, specialist and supported housing and anti-social behaviour.
  • Have a track record of being self-motivated, flexible and have the ability to manage your own workload
  • Have experience of building and motivating strong teams

Although this role will take you throughout Watford and Three Rivers, their offices are close to Watford Junction station, and within walking distance to the shops and cafes of Watford town centre, the salary will be £44,500-£49,500 per annum (dependent on skills). They do know salary isn’t everything, but with a multi-generational workforce they try to ensure that they have something for everyone, for example:
