Prospectus is excited to be supporting one of the UKs leading health organisations in their search for a Fundraising Project Manager on a fixed term contract to join their successful and busy team. This role will support the wider community fundraising team with the development of products and updated processes and policies. 

Reporting to the Senior Community Fundraising Manager, the Fundraising Project Manager will lead on enabling Diabetes UK supporters to fundraise for the charity through the production of on and offline fundraising products, tools and materials as well as bettering internal processes and policies. The Fundraising Project Manager will also be responsible for providing day-to-day direction to two fundraising coordinators who provide supporter services to the organisation's volunteer fundraising supporters.

The successful candidate will be an experienced multi-tasker and effective project manager who can work across teams to achieve delivery of community fundraising requirements. The organisation are looking for candidates with a good understanding of relationship-led fundraising and although this role will not involve monetary targets, the Fundraising Projects Manager will need to deliver on essential projects to support the efficiency and effectiveness of this function.  

The Fundraising Project Manager will need to be solution focused with a positive outlook and a flexible self-motivated, collaborative approach to work. This role will sit in a proactive, supportive and friendly team.
